Youth workers will learn how to plan, implement and assess qualitative youth projects, practise the use of digital tools to make the process more efficient, brainstorm on ideas on how to go further.
This Seminar targets youth workers, youth leaders, trainers working in NGOs and interested to learn more about impact assessment of youth projects and digital tools for a better implementation of such projects.
General objectives:
O1: developing project management skills, among youth workers, in order to plan innovative youth projects that best respond to the community needs
O2: increase the know-how, among youth workers, on digital tools to raise the quality of their project management process
O3: exchange best practices between youth workers on offline and online tools and methods to create qualitative youth projects
O4: improve collaboration at European and international level, between NGOs, to build meaningful partnerships
Target group
- 18+ years old
- experience in youth work and connection with the sending organization;
- Strong motivation, willingness to learn and share about the topic;
Please keep in mind that, in order to apply, you need the support of a sending organization in your country of residence for us to be able to sign an official MoU with. (Memorandum of Understanding- collaboration protocol).
Financial details:
The organizers will cover the following costs with the support of the European Commission:
- 100% of transportation based on the budget corresponding to the distance band (as a reimbursement after all justifying documents are provided), meals, accommodation, training activities, training materials;
- 100% of all APV- advanced planning visit expenses.
Other details
- The participants will stay in Hotel RAD (Chełmińska 144, 86-300 Grudziądz).
